• The guarantee begins 1 month after the delivery of your house, giving time for any preparations before rental income starts.
• Valid for an initial period of 12 months, and the option to renew will be mutually decided at the end of this period.
• Homeowners are responsible for providing essential small household items such as plates, glasses, and other necessities, ensuring the home is ready for tenants.
